PROCEDURES
& MODALITIES
We offer a variety of modalities to help achieve better outcomes for multiple procedures
IONM is the use of clinical neurodiagnostic testing (EEG, EMG, NCV, evoked potentials) to monitor and protect the functional integrity of a patient’s central nervous system in real-time during surgery. The purpose of neurophysiological monitoring is to increase patient safety by giving continuous guidance and feedback to physicians in order to prevent neurological injury.
Revolution Monitoring utilizes a multi-modal approach to monitoring:
Modalities:
- SSEP – Somatosensory Evoked Potentials
- sEMG, tEMG – Spontaneous, Clinical, and Triggered Electromyography
- TcMEP – TransCranial Motor Evoked Potentials
- EMG – Electromyography
- EEG – Electroencephalography
- Triggered EMG – Pedicle Screw Stimulation
- Direct Nerve Stimulation
- BAER, ABR, or BSER – Brainstem Auditory Evoked Responses
- NCV – Nerve Conduction Velocity Studies
- VEP – Visual Evoked Potentials
- H-Reflex Testing – Hoffman Reflex
- F-Wave Testing
- Train of Four (ToF)
- BCR – Bulbocavernous Reflex
- Motor Mapping
- Language Mapping
- Subcortical Mapping
- Spinal Cord Mapping
- Motor Cranial Nerve Monitoring
- Ephaptic Potential
- DNEP – Descending Neurogenic Evoked Potentials
